Why JS

JS Custom Builds is a licensed general contractor specializing in finish carpentry and custom features: cedar saunas, statement bars, furniture-grade built-ins, wrapped beams, and the millwork that ties a high-end home together. The same exacting standard carries every project from first walkthrough to final punch list — no handoffs, no drop in quality at the finish line.
What we do
Trim packages, wall paneling, wrapped and burned-finish beams, door and window systems, and precision scribe work against stone, steel, and everything that isn't square. The detail layer that makes a custom home read as custom.
Cedar saunas, home bars, built-in bunk suites, libraries, closets, and one-off furniture-grade pieces — designed around your space and built on site. The rooms guests ask about first.
Licensed GC services for bathroom, basement, and whole-room transformations. One point of contact managing trades, schedule, and budget — with a finish carpenter's eye on every decision.
